Hydrowave desalination-structurator. Complex for desalination and purification of water of any degree of pollution
The proposed complex makes it possible to solve the problems of water purification of any degree of pollution at a new qualitative level and with low costs, including oil products, heavy metals, liquid industrial waste, saline water media of various degrees of pollution without the use of consumables during operation.
The physical processes on the basis of which the complex operates create special hydrodynamic regimes in seawater in combination with the influence of electromagnetic fields, as well as chemical and thermal conditions that contribute to the evaporation of water many times more than in any other installations designed for water purification and desalination.
For the first time in world practice, purification and desalination of water from particles and soluble substances is carried out only due to hydrodynamic effects when exposed to water by sources of mechanical vibrations.
Modern methods of water purification and desalination do not do without filtration or thermal distillation (for example, evaporation followed by steam condensation). All known methods are associated with large capital costs for construction and energy costs, consumables and related environmental problems.
A distinctive feature of the proposed technology, in relation to well-known world analogues, is that the purification and desalination of seawater are carried out only through physical processes carried out directly in the treated water.
The technology allows you to remove all types of contaminants without any reagents:
— There are no filters, sorbents, ion exchange resins in the proposed installation, the use of chemicals is excluded.
— Energy costs are significantly less than for known installations of a similar purpose.
— Complete environmental safety is ensured, the release of salts in the form of solid sediment is possible.
— Maintenance and instrument readings can be carried out by a low-skilled employee.
— Installation with high productivity (50 m3 / hour), has small dimensions and is placed in a standard container.
— It does not require large time and capital costs for the construction of the complex.
In the technological scheme of this seawater purification and desalination plant, for the first time in world practice, a combination of special hydrowave and heat exchange processes in purified (seawater) water is implemented, which create vaporization of special intensity with subsequent condensation. At the same time, the effect of a combination of electromagnetic and hydrodynamic waves actively releases the crystalline salt from the solution.
The proposed complex based on the hydrowave method technology significantly exceeds in all characteristics conventional installations operating by the standard thermal method (distillation, distillation, evaporation). The features and effectiveness of the complex positions it as a separate desalination and purification technology that has no analogues among existing installations.
In addition to desalination and water treatment, the complex provides water treatment technology and water quality improvement based on scientifically based energy and physical methods.
