Technology of production of building materials and auxiliary substances from oil and gas

As part of the implementation of the construction part of the MONOSOTA project, a complex of technologies for deep processing of oil into polymers, films, carbon fiber plastics, rubber is proposed. From these materials, at the next stage, the elements of frames for the construction of eco-houses «MONOSOTA», facade blocks and panels, interior elements, fittings are made. In addition to the construction direction, there is a possibility of producing a wide range of products as a result of deep oil refining – paints, varnishes, auto parts and car frames, medical products, etc.

Construction materials obtained as a result of oil refining, for example, carbon fiber, have a number of important advantages – they are not afraid of aggressive environments, water, and have significant resistance to fire (up to 1700 degrees), which is extremely important for ensuring fire safety of structures under construction.

As part of the technology package, a system for recycling plastic products into granulate is provided with the further possibility of producing new products from it in order to use waste, save resources and financial resources.

It also offers a number of technologies for deep processing of natural gas, from which oils, adhesives, varnishes, paints and a number of important products of the chemical industry – ammonia, methanol, saltpeter, helium, polymers, silicone are made. Ammonia is used in centralized refrigeration systems in multi-apartment buildings under construction, including to provide centralized air conditioning of premises.

The widespread use of oil and gas refining products will allow the use of building materials of a new level of strength and efficiency, and in combination with the recycling of plastic products will significantly improve the environmental situation.
